As a veteran educator using technology on a regular basis, this book made me question the use of technology tools in the classroom in a meaningful way. The Triple E Framework provides educators with a simple, effective, and efficient way to evaluate the technology tools they are using with students. This is a must read for any teacher using technology. I've too often had that "so what" moment after teaching a lesson incorporating technology. This book brought into focus how to address those moments, how to think about technology as a tool, and the importance of using the right technology at the right time.It is certainly not enough to engage students because, as we know, engagement can be short-lived, even with technology. Technology must take our students deeper and further. My own internal rubric will forever now include engage, enhance and extend.
